Our college offers the students a 3+1 years degree in B.B.A. course affiliated to Mysore University.

The Department of Computer Science, Commerce and Management proclaims to add professionally prudent commerce and management students to the corporate world.

BBA course deep roots the structure of business management. Conceptual knowledge, analytical skills and information technology are the vital requirements of this course. Seminars, group discussions, case study analyses, role playing, guest lectures and soft skill courses, aptitude tests, competitions like best manager, mock interviews, etc. which are aimed at developing the students communication skills, leadership qualities and interpersonal relations are integral to the course.

Financial Accounting I To make the students develop the skill of preparing Final Accounts and Accounting for Departmental and Branch.
Principles Of Management To provide the basic knowledge for the students to work in the companies under different culture.
Business Environment The paper aims at providing the students a comprehensive knowledge about business environment, MNCs, LPG policy of India, Framework of WTO and Business Process Management.

Semester II

Course Outcome
Business Decision Theories Understand the importance, causes and impact of population growth and its distribution, translate and relate them with economic and business development.
Management Of Services Provides basic knowledge about the service sector like tourism, hospitality, banking, insurance and financial institutions.
Financial Accounting – II To help students to acquire conceptual knowledge of financial accounting and to impart skills for recording various kinds of business transactions.

Semester III

Course Outcome
Management Information System Students can gain the knowledge about the the ethical, social, and security issues of information systems and can translate the role of information systems in organisations, the strategic management processes, with the implications for the management.
Financial Accounting-III To acquire knowledge and understanding of the concepts, techniques and practices of financial accounting and to develop skills for decision making and to acquire knowledge of the concepts and application of accounts in preparation of financial statements of Ltd. Company.
Cost Accounting The main objective of this subject is to familiarise students in various concepts of cost accounting in preparation of cost statement, valuation of inventory labour and overheads.
Disaster Management To bring oneness among the students between the nature and human.

Semester IV

Course Outcome
Quantitative Techniques The subject facilitates students to gain the basic knowledge of fundamentals of mathematics.
Commercial Law This subject facilitates students to understand legislations and various provisions of contract Act in respect of business situations, Intellectual Property Act, Competition Act, 2002.
Organisational Behaviour Helps in understanding the psychological aspect of human resources working in an organisation and offers knowledge on organisational behaviour, organisational change and dynamism of groups.
Management Accounting This paper aims to familiarise students regarding applied cost accounting methods and techniques in the process and contract accounting. Also, to help students to understand on operating costing and reconciliation of CA with FA.

Semester V

Course Outcome
Company Law The objective of this paper is to help the students understand various provisions of Companies Act 2013. To impart expert knowledge of the various provisions of the Companies Act, schedules, rules, notifications, circulars.
Statistics For Management- I To define the basic terminologies of Statistics,and helps the students to analyse the different sets of data. It helps to calculate and interpret the various measures of central tendency, dispersion, correlation and regression.
Tax Management– I Introduces students to the basic concepts of Income Tax like Assessment year, previous year, canons of taxation and Gross Total Income. Briefs on computation of income from salary, Income from house property, profits and gains from business and profession and computation of total income and various deductions and exemptions.
Project Management This subject expose the students to the concepts and steps in project management.
Elective I HRM: Human Resource Management To make students understand the concepts of Personnel Management and Imparts knowledge on various aspects of Human Resource Management and its relevance in day to day business activities.
Elective II HRM: Human Resource Development To make the students understand the importance of Training, Executive development, career planning and development in the business organisation.
Elective I FM: Financial Management The objective of this paper is to help the students to acquire knowledge about wealth maximisation of shareholders through optimum cost of capital, dividend policy and capital budgeting.
Elective Paper II- Working Capital Management The main aim of this subject is to familiarise students with the basic concepts of working capital management and role of working capital in decision making.
Elective Paper I: Principles of Marketing The main aim of this subject is to familiarise students with the basic concepts of marketing practices.
Elective Paper II: Rural Marketing and Consumer Behaviour The main aim of this subject is to familiarise students with the importance of rural market and to sensitise to the needs and behaviour of consumers.

Entrepreneurship And Small Business Management This subjects helps students to familiarise and understand basics of Entrepreneurship and availability of schemes and sources of finance for the Entrepreneurship development.
Statistics For Management -II Students get familiarised with the knowledge related to concepts of linear programing , probability and theoretical distribution..
Tax Management - II This paper aims to make the students to familiarise with calculation of income from capital gains, other sources and GST and its provisions regarding determination of value of taxable supply, Input tax credit and e-filing.
Business Policy This paper familiarise the students regarding the core areas of corporate and business level strategy and its importance in the business organisation.
Elective III HRM: Performance Appraisal and Compensation Management To know about statutory welfare schemes and labour policies in India. To familiarise about social assistance, insurance and various social security measures taken by industries.
Elective IV HRM: Employee Empowerment and Industrial Relations This paper familiarises the students with the concepts of employee empowerment and to provide the students insights about the various compensation management and strategic theories of HRM.
Elective Paper III- Financial Services Students get familiarised with recent trends in financial services and its operations and to give the students a conceptual framework of financial markets.
Elective Paper IV - Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management Students get familiarised with the concepts ,diversification and valuation of investments and portfolio evaluation.
Elective Paper III: ADVERTISING This paper aims the Students to focus on the concept and evolution of advertising , aspects relating to art sand aids of advertising and ethical and legal framework in advertising.
Elective Paper IV: Retail and Supply Chain Management Students gets the insights on fundamentals of retail marketing and supply chain management.
Project Work It helps the students to analyse learning and understand techniques for project planning scheduling and execution of project with some field work.
