Seshadripuram Degree College, Mysuru is in the first year of its operations. But is aware of the need for building the career of its students and also provides job opportunities for the students as they progress in completing their Degree course. Mysuru has been a place that is attracting lot of corporates and there shall be always a need for procuring young and talented workforce. We are already at it preparing our students with the student supportive programs on career guidance, personality development etc. To that effect there will be also a Career Guidance Cell to help students to make informed choices regarding careers by organizing career guidance sessions and seminars with experts from the industry. It would serve as a bond between students and potential employers who can organize campus recruitment by highly-reputed companies more particularly in Mysuru and from anywhere else in general. It can be expected that it facilitates a large number of placements by offering training programs for every aspect of the placement process all in due course.

Placements are increasingly playing a major role in any higher educational institution of repute. We are proud of the success of our systematic and sustained approach in helping to launch our students on a meaningful career path. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of our college plays a vital role in shaping the careers of our students. Our college attracts some of the best names in the industry who know the quality of human resource that we create.

Our alumni who are working in these organizations also assist us in the placement process. A fulltime Placement Officer assisted by her team and student coordinators works in tandem with the faculty to help our students to develop their productivity and employability.
