Internal Quality Assurance Cell

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the institution was established on 28th December 2016. It is the central quality- monitoring body of the institution. Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a significant administrative body that is responsible for quality matters. It functions under the Chairmanship of the Principal and comprises IQAC Coordinator, senior faculty members, management representative¸ representative from the local community, alumni representatives and student representatives. Its aim is to develop and maintain a system to promote academic and administrative excellence.

Activities and initiatives

  • check icon Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
  • check icon Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
  • check icon Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  • check icon Coordinate all the activities of the college in consultation with the GB, HOI, faculty staff and students through the various committees and cells.
  • check icon The IQAC plans and coordinates activities such as preparing the calendar of events, organizing student induction programs, conducting surveys, collecting feedback from various stake holders and analyzing the same.
  • check icon It holds workshops and training session for teaching and non-teaching staff leading to quality improvement, identify gaps in infrastructure and communicating the same to the HOI for further action.
